Dispone di tre camere matrimoniali e di due bagni, cucina, soggiorno con antico camino, grande salone al piano terra.
La casa è circondata da un grande giardino, con sorgente e fontana, veranda coperta dal pergolato ed attrezzata con seggiole, tavoli da giardino, sdraie. It used to be the summer residence of the owners. It has three bedrooms ,two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with an old fireplace. There is another large living room on the ground floor. The House is surrounded by a large garden, with a spring-fountain, a veranda covered by a pergola and furnished with chairs, garden tables, deckchairs. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, helle Küche, Wohnzimmer mit einem antiken Kamin, ein großes Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist von einem großen Garten umgeben, mit Quelle und Brunnen, überdachte Veranda von der Pergola und mit Stühlen, Gartentische, Stühle.
