Casa di Robè L1 è una simpatica casa colonica su due livelli, vicina a quella che un tempo era la residenza estiva dei proprietari e lontana circa 500mt da Casa di Paradiso.
Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con camino, cucina bagno, due camere matrimoniali e di una terza camera con 2/3 posti letto al primo piano, terrazzo solarium, aia pavimentata attrezzata con sedie, tavolo da giardino e sdraie. L'aia si affaccia su un ampio frutteto. La piscina è a 500 metri, presso la casa del Paradiso. It features a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, and bathroom. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with 2/3 bedsand a terrace solarium. There is also a paved farmyard equipped with garden table, chairs and deckchairs. The farmyard overlooks a large orchard. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Feurplatz (Kamin), helle Küche, Badzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit 2/3 Betten im ersten Stock, eine Sonnenterrasse (Solarium), gepflasterten Hof mit Stühlen, Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet.
